The low cost of exhibiting makes this an ideal event for local artists to test the market. To be part of this event all you need to do is book your pitch, provide your own gazebo, then bring and sell your artwork.
A pitch for the weekend is a 5 meter square space with an upfront cost, plus a 15% commission on all sales. Double pitches are also available.
Payment is non-refundable once you have been allocated a pitch.
All proceeds from pitch charges and sales commission are donated to Cancer Research UK.
Artists must exhibit their own original work or the work of their group. Site pitches will go on sale mid-February on a first come, first served basis.

Event conditions
We would like to thank Cancer Research UK for providing Public Liability Insurance cover for the event. The Organisers accept no responsibly for loss or damage to Exhibitors work, gazebos, equipment or personal items. The organisers will endeavour to ensure that exhibitors with similar work are not located next to one another. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any exhibitor deemed unsuitable for the event. The organisers will monitor the weather forecast leading up to the event. If severe conditions are projected the event may need to be cancelled on one or both days. Exhibitors will be kept informed during the week leading up to the event. |
